TERMS OF SERVICES

All payments to be done via Paypal Invoices only (USD).

I will not work on the commission till you have paid full payment upfront. (Partial payment allowed for Live2D Models)

No refunds allowed once I start on the commission.

A refund will be made if I am unable to complete your commission by the requested deadline for any reason. (An extension can be discussed if the client allows.)

All commissioned works will be shared on my social media and portfolio unless stated otherwise by you beforehand (for debuts, etc.)

I have the right to refuse your commission request if I am not comfortable with it.

If there is no contact from the client after a month for no valid reason, I will cancel the commission.

Additional charges will be applied if the client asks for more revisions than allowed.

I do not allow any commissioned works to be re-edited, resold, or redistributed. (Colour edits are allowed for Live2D Models)

Legal action will be taken if the client is found to be using the commissioned work for any other purposes other than the mutually agreed-stated purpose.

Do not claim any of my artworks as yours.

I do not do NFT. Do not sell my works as NFT.

Do not use or involve my works in any AI-related works.
